About the room

The room is fairly large and has a view of the lake. The room will be partly furnished (you may just have to bring your own bed). Spacious top floor corner unit across from the beach. Hardwood floors through out the place, dream kitchen with lots of counter space, full bathroom, cat allowed and utilities included in rent. The only thing not included is internet. Pictures available upon request :)

I am a 41 yr old female with youthful energy, very open-minded, highly creative and I am a caring person with a big heart too. I would prefer a female roommate but if you’re the right fit I can possibly make an exception. At the end of the day, I really value peace and harmony in the home.
