I’m looking to transfer my lease for a room in a great two-story shared apartment, a 15-minute walk from Laurier metro station and 3 minutes from the 45 bus (which goes to Papineau station) and the 47. Available November 1st. Price: $697, all utilities included. The room is on the lower floor and has a large walk-in closet. The mattress (queen size and very comfortable) is for sale for $400. The apartment has two living rooms: the first is on the ground floor and very bright, and the second is in the semi-basement, with lots of space and a projector. Each floor has its own bathroom. The apartment also has:

• a large kitchen
• a heat pump
• a laundry room with a washer, a dryer and an extra sink
• a large room with a second fridge and lots of storage space
• a backyard with a bar
• covered, enclosed parking
• a shed that locks with a padlock, for bikes or other equipment
• a front balcony Pets are welcome! The apartment is on a quiet, leafy street, while being very close to Laurier Street and Laurier Park.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Diane, Khalid, Pierrick and Simone. They’re all responsible and quiet, over 30, and students and/or young professionals.
