About the room

A bedroom and private deck available to rent starting Dec 1st. Flexible move in date. First and last month required. Some proof of work or funds are also required.

The room can be partially furnished. So a bed, many wall hanging features. Ample hallway closet space also provided. There is a parking pad which is extra @ $50/month. The rent/month is all inclusive except tenant insurance.

30mins to union via Go Train. 30mins to yonge/bloor via Subway. 10min bike ride to woodbine beach :).
