Hello everyone! We’re looking for someone, preferably female, to take over a private room in a 2-bedroom condo apartment in downtown Toronto.

I’ve gotten a new job and have to move out of the city, but there are still two months left on the lease. If you need a short-term place, this could be a great fit!

Location: 319 Jarvis Street, Downtown Toronto

Room: Private room in a 2-bedroom condo.

Building amenities: Gym, co-working space and more. Available: October 15th Lease ends: December 15th

Rent: $1,100/month plus utilities. Wifi is included in the rent.
