Gear Storage Garage: Dedicated, secure storage space for a bike, skis, boards, climbing gear, and outdoor toys. Spacious Rooftop Patio: Great views, loungers and propane fire pit. Perfect for morning coffee and yoga. Shared Parking: 2 dedicated and covered parking stalls plus street parking available. Flexible Terms: Long-term preferred, but open to starting month-to-month to make sure it’s a great mutual fit.

We’d like to find a like minded individual who is active, clean, easygoing and respectful. Someone who’d enjoy living in a friendly household rather than just renting a room. While the house is fully furnished, we are also open to creating space for your things as well. We want you to feel at home too!
