Want a quiet place to call home? FURNISHED ROOM on the upper floor of a large 5-bedroom family home in Hammond Bay/North Nanaimo.

$990/month including electricity, water and garbage and use of indoor/outdoor furniture

We respond to personal messages that share a bit about your situation and what move-in date you want.

 Shared 5-piece bathroom  Chef-like large kitchen overlooking the ocean.  Nature trails and a small lake a short walk away  Put your feet up in front of the 12 foot front window to enjoy watching our deer family snacking or songbirds splashing in their baths.

(A different, larger bedroom/sitting room on its own level is also available for ONE person–$1150. plus 20% electricity/water/garbage.)
