Furnished private room available in St. Boniface for a 2-month stay from November 1 to December 31. You will have a private bathroom only for you.

Rent: $560/month + shared utilities Availability: November 1–December 31 Earlier move-in: Flexibility for moving in during the last few days of October if needed.

The room is already furnished, so you can move in with just your personal belongings.

This is a shared home with current roommates, so we are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and comfortable living in a shared household.

The room is ideal for someone who needs temporary accommodation before a January lease, a longer-term move, work, study, or another housing arrangement.

Since this is a shared home, the potential roommate will meet the current roommates before any final arrangement is made.
