This is a cozy and bright 2 room suite with private entrance located in a quiet residential area close to UVIC, the #11 bus route, and Cadboro Bay Village. Bedroom/sitting area and kitchen area with a fridge with bottom freezer, stove, washer/dryer combo, microwave and kitchen table/chairs. The bathroom has a shower with seat, toilet, pedestal sink. Suit single, quiet, non-smoking student.
