About the room

Single room in a three bedroom family home located 15 minute bike ride to downtown Victoria and 15 minute bike ride the other way to Thetis Lake.
The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser and has a closet. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house is kept clean and well maintained with recent renovations.
The yard has a massive fig tree, apple tree, arbutus with other trees and shrubs and a vegetable garden patch. The patio is a great place to relax.

About the roomies

The house is shared with myself, my 15 yo son and our dog. I work part time at a nonprofit and enjoy hiking and working out. My son struggles with social demands and prefers to stay in his room and our dog is a rescue from Mexico.
