The apartment was completely renovated a few months ago. Both the apartment and the bedroom are very bright. The neighborhood is easily accessible and located a 10-minute walk from downtown. Also, there’s a gym in the building that’s included in the price of the apartment. It’s spacious and has new equipment.

The bedroom comes with a bed (including a comforter and pillows). There are two fairly spacious wardrobes, as well as two built-in closets, and a bookshelf.

Douglas is in the process of furnishing the apartment; we’ve only been living there for a few weeks, but it will be fully furnished soon. The kitchen and bathroom, however, are already furnished.

You will be moving with Douglas, 28 years old. He just came back to Vancouver, and he is super excited to be here. A bit about him, he works as a Business Analyst for a Canadian company. He is a fairly active and outgoing person, he works out, love playing beach volleyball (even created a WhatsApp group for it which is getting close to the 300-member mark), never turn down a hike, and recently picked up snowboarding.

He connects best with people who are genuine, have control of their ego, and don’t hold back on being themselves. He sees it as a huge win to actually be good friends with his roommate, rather than just co-existing in the same space.
