This is a cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home on a calm and welcoming street, conveniently located close to downtown and the University of Winnipeg, with bus stops within walking distance. The room gets great natural light and has its own private balcony—perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying some fresh air. The house is mostly furnished, so you really just need to bring your bed and personal belongings! Utilities are included and Wi-Fi is already set up. There’s in-house laundry, a full bathroom plus an additional half-bath for guests, basement storage space, and parking available. Dollarama, Liquor Mart, grocery options and other stores are also easily accessible. The landlord is kind, responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful, comfortable and homey space. 😊

I’m a young working professional who is friendly, respectful and easygoing. I enjoy having a peaceful, clean and comfortable home and would love to live with someone who values the same. I’m Christian and quite involved with my church, so I’m often out for work, church activities or spending time with friends. I’m sociable and always happy to have a good conversation, but I also appreciate personal space and quiet time. I love a good chat, but I also understand the beauty of closing your bedroom door and disappearing for a while 😂.
