About the room

The house is split into three apartments and we’re located in the rear unit. It has four rooms in the back on the main level (living/studio, kitchen, bathroom, and my bedroom) and three in the basement (technically two bedrooms and a laundry room). There is a backyard, which is not enclosed, and a patio.

About the roomies

Your roomies would be myself, 28-year old individual, and my cat Clover. My room is currently upstairs and I spend a lot of time just hanging out in my room. I work evenings and some mornings.
