It is very, very quiet here. I have lived here for 10+ years. When I moved in, they made it go from smoking to non-smoking. I’m old. I have a back injury and I side door they don’t know that but the apartment does not smell so if that is something you can’t tolerate then I guess don’t keep reading. But it is something that I do for pain and like I said, I keep it as discreet as possible.
I would love if somebody could help with a little bit of the light housekeeping and if we can come to agreement about a few things, keep communication open. Make sure that bills are rents are paid on time. I guess we could come up with some kind of one or two months. What I wanna say one or two months trial period and if the end of that time, if neither one of us. Getting along with the other or for whatever reason we feel like it’s just not going to work then we will have a way to work it out so that there was no animosity. And I hope there won’t be at all anyway I’m just covering our basis. The two rooms that I have right now are furnished anything that you might need to use you can it would be nice if whoever does move in if we could split some of the chores and just things like the floors for me are extremely hard, but I do do them and you might have better idea ideas that would save my back.
