About the room

The area is quiet, off Hollywood, so easy access to public transport and close to amenities. The listing is a shared basement suite. Private bedroom, shared bathroom [with one other] and a full lounge and kitchenette.

About the roomies

You would be sharing with one other person in the basement. Our son is in a room downstairs but will not use the lounge, bathroom or kitchenette. Upstairs is our family. Married couple and our three children. You can be as social or antisocial as you like. We are extremely easy going. Laundry room is shared.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
