Looking for a roommate for a 2 bed, 2 bath unit in Coal Harbour!

Condo is approx 860 sq ft, west facing with a balcony, and has lovely mountain and peak-a-boo water views! The unit comes furnished (apologies, it looks a bit bare bones in the photos - I’m still setting everything up, so more living room furniture and kitchen stuff to come, and the chair in the living room will be removed). The living room has an electric fireplace. The bedroom comes with a double bed, lamp and nightstand (not pictured), though if you don’t want the bedroom furniture, it can come unfurnished. Closet in the room is pretty spacious and comes with nice built ins. Bathroom is right beside the bedroom. My room is on the other side of the living room, so lots of privacy! Condo also has a den (please ignore the stuff in the photo, will be cleared out), in suite laundry, and comes with a storage locker in the parkade that we can share. The unit comes with air-con as well!

Looking to find another gal in her mid to late twenties to share the space with - ideally someone who’s friendly, a good communicator, and appreciates a balance of social & downtime!

Please note, this unit is managed by a property management company, and so you will need to provide a credit check and employment references to be approved. The property manager is asking as well that you sign on to the lease until Sept 30, 2027, then month-to-month after that.
