One of the safest complexes in Greater Vancouver and is located in North Vancouver’s lower Capilano neighbourhood off the Capilano River, and was constructed in the 1970’s.

The complex is comprised of six concrete high rises from 13 to 20 storeys on a 13-acre site. The grounds are filled with lush and beautifully landscaped garden areas.

Woodcroft has onsite 24 / 7 security staff and each tower has a resident manager who works in conjunction with the onsite property management staff.

There are also 3 separate recreation facilities including swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, Table Tennis, Billiard room and workshop each shared by 2 buildings.

Please note that Woodcroft is a ‘No Pet’ complex. (Sorry pet lovers.)

Laundry amenities are shared in the building.

We offer a one tidy bedroom with a view of the forest, Lions Gate Bridge and ocean.

Shared main bathroom with tub.

Furnished with sofa bed, desk, bookshelves, large closet and a dresser. Ample space to add a full bed.

Plants in the room can betaken out if preferred that the space remains private, instead of allowing our care for them in the room.

Wifi included. TV in shared living room. Fully equipped kitchen and stocked pantry.

We will be making regular meals and lunches and would be willing to divide the expenses for ease of prep time. We have a Costco membership and encourage our roommate to chip in for bulk buys to save money on essentials.

We love to host family and friends - our roommate would be more than welcome to join and to have their own gatherings with friends.

Hi, I am Brina and my partner’s name is Clay.

We are two student professionals looking to rent out a beautifully furnished room to a respectful individual who is open to chores and meal planning, and working together with budgeting.

Ideally we aim to live with a person who is of the sharing mentality. We hope to meet someone who is out-going, open minded, kind and organized.

Cleanliness is integral - we like to maintain a household that is always ready for company.

We are happy to allow the use of our things, with the consensus understanding that the equal amount of food or resource should be replaced when able. (i.e. waiting for sales on the item or for funds to purchase.)
