About the room

Main floor bungalow. Small 2 bdrm shared kitchen, dinning rm, huge spa bathroom & heated garage. There is a large room with french doors, skylight & fire place you could use exclusively as I don’t have or watch TV and happy with the small space I use already. I am a trades woman in drywall and painting. So there is also a heated garage you can use for storage/projects. I park in there mainly when it snows or when very cold. South facing back yard with deck and gardens.

About the roomies

I live here with my dog. I thought I’d look for a roommate even if it is a temporary arrangement and maybe help someone out in the process. Permanent is good too.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
