We have four private bedrooms available, ranging from $700–$950 per month, depending on the room. Each bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and clothing storage, making it easy to move in without purchasing furniture.
The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, and comfortable common living area. Wi-Fi is available, with tenants contributing 10% toward monthly utilities.
Excellent Location & Transportation:
- Just a 5-minute walk to Granville Street, with restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, shops, and convenient bus connections.
- Approximately 15 minutes by bus to Marine Drive SkyTrain Station, connecting you to Richmond, YVR Airport, and downtown Vancouver.

The rooms are available immediately, with a minimum three-month stay. Longer-term tenants are welcome!
