Bright, fully furnished private bedroom in a newer condo in the heart of central Richmond. The room includes a comfortable bed, desk/workspace, TV and closet, with Wi-Fi and utilities included.

Our building has great amenities including a gym, resident lounge, dedicated study room, piano room, concierge and 24/7 security.

The location is extremely convenient - we’re approximately a 5-minute walk to Richmond Hospital and close to Richmond-Brighouse and Lansdowne Canada Line stations, Richmond Centre, KPU, T&T, Superstore, restaurants, cafés and everyday essentials. It’s also convenient for getting to YVR and Vancouver.

The bathroom, kitchen and common areas are shared, and there is in-suite laundry.

Available November 1. We’re ideally looking for one person staying 3+ months, although longer-term stays are very welcome.

You’ll be sharing the home with an easygoing, friendly and respectful couple and our two friendly dogs.

We both work, and I work from home. We enjoy having a clean, comfortable and relaxed home and are looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and has a similar lifestyle.

We’re friendly and happy to chat or share a meal from time to time, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space. We want whoever stays with us to feel comfortable and at home, rather than like they’re just renting a bedroom.

This could be a great fit for a working professional, healthcare worker/travel nurse, someone relocating to Richmond, contract worker, or a mature/international student.

Since we have two dogs, you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. We’re looking for one person only, no additional pets and no smoking.
