About the room

Room for sublet in Centretown West.

You would be living with two roommates, both students, as well as one cat. We’re looking for a student or young professional to take over the room. Womxn only, please. LGBTQ+ friendly, no smoking.

The room is available for a monthly sublet at $750/month + Wi-Fi and Hydro.

The apartment is centrally located, with a 30-minute commute by public transit to both the University of Ottawa and Carleton University. Pimisi and Lyon O-Train stations are nearby, and ByWard Market, the Glebe, and other central areas are all within walking distance or a short commute. There is no on-site parking.
