About the room

Water is included!! Sliding door bedrooms but honestly not that loud. The place is right next to St. Patrick station which is super convenient. Walking distance to OCAD, TMU, UofT, Eaton Centre. Just the heart of downtown. The landlord is great, very kind, the concierge is 24-Hours and super helpful. It’s a 1B + 1Den, I’m in the 1B, looking for someone to fill the den. The den is honestly much bigger than the usual dens listed, my current roommate has a double bed, large desk, as well as a standing mirror inside.

I’m a 4th year student at OCAD University, I love staying up all night to do my assignments, however I’m super quiet at those times and will respect your space! I love kpop and honestly entertainment in general. I love going out to see new places and eat at new restaurants in the city. I’m always down for a new friend
