We’re a quiet, easygoing couple who live here full‑time, and we’re looking for one clean, considerate person to share our home with. Someone like a student or a person who works away from home would be a great fit.

The bedroom is partially finished and comes with a comfortable king‑size bed and a large closet. Shared areas include the kitchen, living room, and in‑suite laundry (washer & dryer). The room is for one person only, and we’re unable to accommodate pets or children. Smoking or vaping isn’t permitted in the home.

We’re open to a quiet adult, male or female. This space is perfect for someone who wants a peaceful place to relax — a real “home away from home.” We do have a small hypoallergenic dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs.

Nearby amenities include bus stops within one block, walking paths, and a short walk to a convenience store, pizza shop, and pharmacy, many more.

A little about us: We’re home most of the time due to injuries and part‑time studies. We value a calm, clean environment and are looking for someone who feels the same. A non‑smoker is important, as I’m allergic.
