Anoka Street

Ridgemont, ON K1V 6C6

1 bedroom in a 4 bed, 2 bath (you would share a bathroom with only 1 other person) apartment. It is a newbuild, our group was the first to rent the building in September 2025. All utilities and internet are included. Basement unit with very large windows. Modern kitchen look and appliances (dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee maker). There is central heat but not AC, however we use portable AC units in the summer since utilities are included. Washer, dryer included.

Our current group consists of two, second year Carleton engineering students and one electrician’s apprentice of the same age. We try to keep the common areas of the apartment clean and tidy amid busy schedules. We are all incredibly easy going and easy to get along with. No pets, no indoor smoking.
