Robyn's room

London, ON N6B 3R7

The building is a spacious high-rise, with a large balcony. It has an indoor pool, gym, and concierge. The building is located in the centre of downtown, close to all major bus routes, making it easily accessible to both Western and Fanshawe, as well as both hospitals.

The unit is a 2-bed, 2-bath, so the prospective tenant will have their own full bathroom (shower, no tub). The apartment comes fully furnished, with the exception of the 2nd bedroom. I am the only other tenant living here. I am a 37 year old female, Registered Nurse. I do have a cat, but she is old and I would prefer not to introduce another animal into the home. I am looking for a mature student or individual who is clean and relatively quiet (no parties or large groups/loud music… that sort of thing). I am mostly interested in a short-term roommate (graduate/PhD student type situation with an end date, but am not a hard no on considering a longer-term roommate commitment.
