• There is a shared door to upstairs at the side entrance landing that we would use to access the laundry room in the basement. We would give you notice when doing laundry and not start before 9am or after 7pm.

• No designated parking area but there is on street parking in front of the house.

• The basement bedroom is very large with a queen bed, walk in closet and desk.

• The basement kitchen and living space would be professionally cleaned once a month.

• The basement comes furnished as pictured with all the essentials!
