About the room

4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms situated in Wasaga Beach backing onto the Nottawasaga River with great views close 5 minute walk to beach. Close to all stores, restaurants & amenities. Town Bus stop at end of driveway if needed, there is room for parking in shared large driveway. You would share house with your own furnished room and have utilities included.

About the roomies

You would live with 2 working guys one that runs business from the house and other commutes to work 40 min away. We are a married couple with no kids just the 4 legged kind which we own 2 huskies & a white shepherd. We also have a cat so you must like animals. They are friendly but are active so it can get crazy some days.
