Grey Nuns hospital, banks, restaurants, rec center, etc. very peaceful safe neighborhood, upper level of home, open, spacious, freshly painted, the available bedroom is clean, freshly paint & has a new bed, bathroom has tub and shower (also clean and painted). You will get a bedroom and a linen closet for yourself. the beautiful backyard has a catio connected to the house, gazebo, fruit trees, garden space, parking on driveway. Prefer long term roommate, I can wait a few months for the right person.

I am retired (healthcare) female who likes her freedom and travels. I have 3 cats! The inexpensive rent is in exchange for watching the cats all winter when I am gone (also shovel the walkway in winter) and during the summer when I take road trips. I am seldom in the kitchen, or rest of the home as I live in the sunroom off of my bedroom most of the time. My home is quiet, non smoking, no drugs. The legal basement has one very quiet occupant (they have their own entrance) and you seldom hear or see the downstairs tenant. My roommate will have lots of privacy. An older responsible mature drama free lady would be an excellent fit and you must LOVE cats. Your cat are welcome
