About the room
Hi, I am renting a private room with a private washroom in my condo in Surrey, in the Kings Landing building at 13628 81A Ave near King George Blvd.
You get a fully furnished queen bedroom and your own private washroom, and you can use the living room and kitchen. The condo is a 2 bed 2 bath, but the second bedroom and the second washroom stay closed the whole time, they are reserved for me. I do not live there.
I may come by once or twice every two weeks, only to pick up my things or sleep for one night. I am a very private person and I will not bother you at all, as long as the house rules are followed.
House rules, please read carefully: no smoking, no pets, no drinking, and no outside guests allowed. There is a camera outside the house for the security of the place.
The home is fully furnished, truly just bring your suitcase. There is a smart TV, a dining table, all kitchen utensils, and a sofa bed in the living room. The queen bed comes with the mattress, blankets, covers, pillows and bed sheets, all included. Laundry is in the suite and included. The home is available as soon as possible.
Rent is $1,600 a month, and the deposit is $800. Internet and hydro are not included, you would pay those on top. One parking spot is included in the rent, and street parking is also available nearby. It is month to month, and I would really appreciate two months notice if you plan to move out, it helps me plan.
The location is very easy. Bus stop is right outside on King George Blvd, King George SkyTrain and Surrey Central are a few minutes away, and Bear Creek Park, Costco and Superstore are close by.
I am looking for a clean, quiet and respectful person who will take care of the home like their own.
