Located in Fort garry, calm and safe neighborhood within walking distance to bus routes to downtown and University of Manitoba. Very close to University and Pembina Hwy. Basement unit freshly renovated ready to move in. Comes with separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, a full washroom and plenty of space. Laundry room is shared and access to mechanical room is required.

*Kitchenette is small and limited so won’t workout if you cook a lot!
