Furnished bedroom with private bathroom | $1,300/month 249 Hemlock Street, Waterloo I’m subleasing my room because I’m being relocated for work. It’s a bright, furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You’ll have your own private bathroom located outside the bedroom. You’ll be sharing with a male professional pilot. He’s respectful, very clean and tidy, and easy to get along with. The apartment is fully furnished, with all utilities included, appliances, a TV, and in-suite laundry. Parking can be arranged for an additional cost. There are only 5 months remaining on the lease, until March, with the option to continue month to month afterward. Fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from Laurier University, with restaurants, shops, gyms, and bus stops nearby. A great place for a student or working professional looking for a comfortable home with a considerate roommate. Photos have been brightened and lightly staged. The apartment is furnished. Message me for more details or to arrange a viewing!

Both me and my current Roommate are professional pilots, I will be relocating, and thats the reason for posting this room, my roommate Gabe is a great guy, super funny, respectfully, and easy to get along.
