I’m not home much–especially Mon-Thurs–so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time. Comes with a TV, couch, furnished kitchen (water purifier, blender, ice cream maker, etc), & game consoles. The bedroom can accommodate a full size bed. I can provide an air mattress, sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels for an extended period if they need to be acquired.

I’m a student at McGill University planning to live here till at least April of 2028. I need a roommate really soon, preferably ASAP or in November. I love movies, the gym, history, and music. I’m quite easygoing, my only ask is that the shared areas (living room, kitchen) are kept clean to prevent mold, critters, etc, and that bills are paid on time.
