The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, & laundry. But the rest on the main level is for the person moving in. They will have their own private bedroom (has a bedframe & mattress provided). And a spare room as well for crafts, an office, reading nook, etc. Lots of natural light on the main level, and close to amenities such as the Elgin Mall, grocery stores, outdoor parks, doctor offices, etc. Quiet neighbourhood, and laneway has space for 1 parking spot. Has a fenced in backyard with a covered deck. Can relax in private, or also a front porch to relax with street view. Will be a month to month basis. Agreement to be discussed later.
Roomie is the landlord. Will have private space in the downstairs. Only will come upstairs into shared space when utilizing the kitchen, laundry, & shower. Will split utilities with roommate. Has 1 small dog who is very well behaved & quiet. Works full time Monday-Friday. Hoping to find a respectful & honest roommate. Will share more once I find the perfect candidate.
