The building also has a gym, study rooms, student lounge, theatre/cinema room, outdoor patio, monthly paid parking, bicycle storage, building events, and no need to sign in guests!

The area is very student-friendly and is close to Fanshawe College, Food Basics, restaurants, shopping, and other everyday necessities.

I’m looking for a female student to sublet my room until the end of my lease on August 22, 2027.

The apartment is a 5-bedroom student unit, but currently only 2 other girls live in the unit, with 2 bedrooms vacant. My roommates are quiet, respectful, and mostly keep to themselves and do their own thing, so it’s a great place for someone who likes having their own space.
