Furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a welcoming townhouse in Stratford. The room includes a twin bed, dresser, mirror and large closet, plus access to additional storage.

The room is scheduled to install curtains.

You’ll share the kitchen and living areas with just me and my small poodle, Fig. It’s comfortable, with plenty of room to enjoy the shared spaces or have time to yourself. I’m looking for someone considerate who will help keep it clean and feel at home here.

Rent is $1,400 per month, including utilities, internet and parking. First month’s rent is due when we sign the roommate agreement, and last month’s rent is due before moving in.

Hi, I’m Olivia! I’m 31 and live here with my miniature poodle, Fig. I run an event planning business and am currently studying project management. I love cooking, Pilates, interiors and finding little ways to make a space feel special.
