About the room

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 5 bed, 2 bath, 2 kitchen house from November 1st to the end of the lease (April 31st). Big backyard with a pond, garden, and storage shed and an attached garage. My room is on the main floor where the kitchen is shared with two others. My four roommates are friendly, clean, respectful, quiet professionals.

The house is close to grocery, transit, pub, and university. If you have any questions or would like additional photos please reach out!

About the roomies

The roommates are all fun, kind, independent people. They all work and while they mostly keep to themselves there have been some great board game/movie nights. A couple musicians live in the house but they are very respectful of everyone else and keep it pretty quiet. It’s a good group with a balance of community and letting everyone have their own time and space!
