This is a lease take over offer in an elderly residence building for 50 years old or older tenants lease take over of remaining 12 months from November 1st [early move in if I can be fully moved out by October 31st]. Street Parking: Free 2 hours max Week Days, Free overnight parking after 7 pm Free all day and night on week-end.

Visitor “Indigo” payable parking lot (outside/outdoors near the “South-West” corner of the Glebe Avenue, Bronson Avenue & Carling Avenue street lights)

Your tenancy payment would start November 1st, 2026 through October 31st, 2027. Payment of First month and Last month are mandatory.

This is a lease take over offer, not a sublet. You take over the lease [accountabilities, insurances, obligations, protections, responsibilities, rights, etc…] and then I am no longer the tenant.

Feels like Hotel Life by being at home for 50 yrs + (for tenancy in 2026, born in 1976 or before) on Unit on 3rd floor.
