I currently rent a spacious 3-story townhouse with attached garage in Gasoline Alley at 221 Lake Street. My current roommate is moving out and I am looking for another.

You would get the large master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet to yourself. Everything aside from the bedrooms are shared spaces: kitchen, living room, half bath, laundry, exercise space, small deck, and garage. In the garage you get one parking space and there is plenty of room for storage even with two vehicles parked in it. This is a large, clean, and bright unit with lots of big windows. It is also pet friendly however I do not have a pet. The kitchen pictures do not show furniture but the unit is pretty much fully furnished except for the master bedroom that you would get. I am happy to share my things with you so you don’t have to bring your own - but you can if you have them! Dishes, utensils, pots/pans, treadmill, and so on.

The area is safe and quiet. Easy access to highway 2 and 2A to get into Red Deer or wherever you need to go. There is also a bus stop within a minute walk from the front door.
