A main floor room in a shared six-bedroom house located approximately 5 minutes walk from SLC, or a 15-minute bus ride to Queens. The house is strictly a non-smoking/non-vaping, non-partying house. Includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There is a full kitchen upstairs, with dishwasher and a small chest freezer, along with a mini-kitchen and a second small chest freezer in the basement. All common areas are furnished and are for the use of all residents. There are two full bathrooms. A washer and dryer (no charge to use) are located in the basement. There is a large backyard, a fire pit, and a gas barbeque. The house is located beside a large park and there is a great church in the senior’s center next door. The house is located on a major bus route. The house and property have been prayed over, blessed, and dedicated to God’s glory and for His purposes.

The landlord’s two girls live in the basement rooms in the house. One is very extroverted and the other is introverted. One of their daughters has a medium-sized service dog, so no other animals are allowed. It is important that you are good with dogs. There are two other girls that live on the main floor who are quiet and tend to keep to themselves. All housemates currently range from early 20s to 40s, mostly on the younger end. Everyone works together to maintain the house’s cleanliness, garbage take out and snow removal.
