Close by Fit4less on the Queensway, Humber College, TTC, shops and restaurants. Tandem parking is $200.
The house is super zen and this large bedroom is like its own apartment, headphones preferred and all personal calls inside the rooms not shared spaces/on speaker.
Private and extremely quiet and clean. Looking for the same level of respect and similar living habit. Looking for someone who’s quiet and respectful. Currently one roomie as I am mostly traveling for work.
Current roomie moving out as well as he was not happy with the person who moved in, older man who took up shared spaces, stole food, was messy and did not do any go his shared house responsibilities.
