Hello, my names Aaron.

I’m looking for a financially responsible person to fill one room in a large two story house. It is a bedroom in the basement with full house access. The room measures 10’9“ x 9’9“ so there is plenty of space for a bed, dresser and whatever else you may want. The common areas lack alot of use so feel free to set something up.

The move in date is between now and Nov 1st and flexible for the right person.

This room is priced at $650. Utilities are expected to be in the range of $80 - $120 at most on the worst months and that is with 4 adults in the house. All utilities are included in this such as internet. All in you are looking at around $740 average per month.

What you will get in this household: Is a safe place to keep your stuff and sleep. All personal doors have locks and anyone moving in is expected to uphold a high standard of ethics. Any conflicts will be handled swiftly through me if roommates are unable to reach a conclusion themselves.

A bit about myself is that I’m a 29 year old male. I work as an aircraft maintenance engineer and work rotational shifts, however am currently injured and on WCB for the next few months. While I mostly keep to myself and play video games or watch shows, some of my other active hobbies are recreational shooting and riding my motorbike around for day trips with my friends. I am also an active member of the reserves.
