About the room

Clean, fully furnished room for rent in a large home. Located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood in Sydney’s south end. A ten minute walk to downtown Sydney and five minute walk to the bus stop.

Room has a lock and key for added privacy. Access to shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. All bills, internet and parking included.

Preferred female tenant and post secondary student. International students welcome to apply. This room is for a single occupancy.

I am a local secondary school educator who is busy with work and outside commitments.

The house is also inhabited by “Bob” the cat. Bob is very independent, and great company when I am not at home.
