A private room in a quiet Gordon Head home.
Furniture: The previous tenant is leaving a twin bed, a small bedside table, and a desk that you’re welcome to use. If you prefer, you can bring your own furniture instead.
Transit: Bus routes 27, 28, and 12 stop right outside. Routes 27 and 28 go downtown, while route 12 goes directly to UVic.
Lease: Available November 1. We prefer a one-year lease but may consider a six-month stay through April 30 for the right person. Please mention your preferred dates when messaging.
House Rules: No pets, smoking, or parties.
About the roomies
We’re two working women in our thirties looking for a third female housemate. One of us is a postdoctoral researcher at UVic, and the other works remotely as an analyst. We both work from home, so the house is generally quiet during the day. We’re friendly but value our privacy, rarely have guests over, and are looking for someone who appreciates a calm, low-key home.
