About the room

A comfortable furnished room with a private bathroom is available in a quiet neighbourhood. I am looking to find the right person to share the space with. The home is clean, peaceful, organized, and well looked after. I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful. One thing to note, and would pose a problem to many, is that I do not have parking available.

About the roomies

I only rent one of my rooms at a time, so I will be the only other person living in the home. I work as a clinic nurse, and have regular hours, but may be changing my position in the future. Renting to someone who is considerate with being quiet during the day so I can sleep for night shifts is important. My interests and past times include reading, cycling, hiking, and spending time with my family and friends. I am a Christian, and my faith is very important to me.
