Direct bus stop in front of building to UofS. Grocery store directly opposite building. Pharmacy, medical clinics, and a variety of stores around the building. Pet friendly building.
Very safe and monitored neighbourhood. Parking available in the parking lot itself.
Needs to be okay living with one male cat, I am open to having another one male cat tenant for the perfect tenant as well!
About the roomies
I am a twenty-six year old female who graduated from UofS last year and currently work full time as a clinical assistant. I have one four year old male cat who is very friendly and shy and is neutered. Both my cat and I are reserved but welcoming and would be glad to having someone that can mesh well! I am also open to living with someone with a male neutered cat :)
