The room comes fully furnished with new furniture and a brand-new Sleep Country mattress, and there’s generous storage throughout the house. Entry is a keypad lock, so no keys to lose or hand back.

Two roommates, one girl and guy sharing other 2 rooms, both are UBC grads and working full time. Both travel a lot, so the house is quiet and you’ll often have it to yourself. There’s also a medium-sized sweet girl doberman, she’s sweet and very loving. I’m looking for someone responsible and clean, comfortable being around a dog.
