Welcome to Your Home Away from Home in Toronto! I have a bright, cozy, fully furnished private room available in my spacious, two-level apartment in a safe, quiet North York neighbourhood. Your room has a comfortable double bed, desk, chair, dresser, and large window. You’ll enjoy Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, and a guest bathroom conveniently located right next to your room. Public transportation is right outside the building, with easy connections to three subway stations. A major shopping mall, supermarkets, restaurants, walk-in clinics, and other conveniences are all within walking distance. For those who enjoy nature, there’s also a lovely paved walking trail nearby, perfect for a peaceful stroll, some fresh air, or a relaxing break from studying or working. I’m a friendly, easygoing, non-smoking woman who enjoys welcoming students and guests from different backgrounds. I respect your privacy while always being happy to offer a helping hand as you settle into Toronto. Monthly rent:

I’m a warm, cheerful and easygoing woman who loves meeting people from different cultures and walks of life! Welcoming international students and visitors into my home has always been a pleasure, especially helping them settle in and feel comfortable in their new surroundings. Nature walks, good conversations and sharing a laugh are some of life’s simple pleasures I enjoy! Working from home, I write marketing plans for authors, which I find both creative and rewarding. Giving back to my community matters to me, and I enjoy volunteering at my church and local hospital. To me, a happy home is one where everyone feels comfortable, respected and welcome.
