looking for our 6th roommate in Guelph! 💗 January 1 We’re looking for one more girl to join our home and become part of our little group! On Bishop Court starting January 1 The room is located upstairs and has lots of natural light and a large, open space, making it a great place to have as your own. Rent is $1,125/month, with utilities and Wi-Fi included. The closet in the room is custom and included! A little about us! 💕 Four of us are in our third year of university, and one is in her second year. We’re a friendly, welcoming, and social group of girls who are so excited to welcome someone new into our home! We’re all dedicated to our schoolwork, but we also love making time for each other outside of school. Whether it’s having movie nights, going out for drinks, going on long walks, grabbing food, or just hanging out and chatting at home, we love spending quality time together. We’re big on supporting each other, celebrating the little things, and creating a home where everyone feels comfortable, included, and able to be themselves. We want our house to be a place where we can all get along, have fun, and make some amazing memories together! 🫶🏼 A little about the house 🏠 The property also includes a driveway with three parking spots and garage access. It’s conveniently located just a 7-minute walk to the bus stop, with a quick 13-minute bus ride to the University of Guelph on the 15 bus route, making getting to campus easy and stress-free! Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and a friendly atmosphere.
