Château Peel, downtown Montreal — approximately a 2-minute walk to McGill, close to the library. I’m looking for someone to take over my share of the lease in a furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. My roommate will stay, and you’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with her. Available now, with a flexible move-in date. The current lease ends July 31, 2027. $1,050 CAD/month, including water, electricity and heating. Wi-Fi is an additional $25/month. ️ The private bedroom is approximately 15.3 m² (165 sq. ft.) and comes with a bed, desk, chair and storage furniture, with plenty of storage space. Kitchen appliances and shared cookware are available. I’ll also leave my share of our jointly purchased kitchen essentials at no extra charge, with details to be discussed.
