THE APARTMENT

THE ROOM Room “Davie & Elliot” has one double bed instead of two single beds. There is a free TV, 2 desks and a fan if you want to keep them.

RENT C$1,050/month, all utilities included.

ROOMMATES You’d share the apartment with two friendly guys. The place has a relaxed, clean and respectful environment.

CONTRACT The current contract runs until February. After that, if no cancellation notice is given, the tenancy continues month-to-month, so you can stay longer if you like.

LOCATION Near Main St & E 30th Ave, with easy access to public transit, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and other services along Main Street. Honestly, it’s very well located!
