Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to sign a new lease with me starting January 1, 2027, at Versus Living in downtown Calgary, as my current roommate will be moving out at the end of December. I’m hoping to stay in our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and find someone to share it with!

• Rent: $1,300/month
• Utilities (approx. per person/month): Water $25, electricity $37, and tenant insurance $10–$15
• Spacious, unfurnished master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet

A Little About Me I’m a working professional in accounting and currently studying toward my designation. I have pretty busy schedule so I value a peaceful home and someone to hang out with occasionally. I also have two adorable cats! One is a little older and more reserved, while the younger one is super energetic, curious, and sometimes gets himself into trouble. Would prefer a roommate who has experience living with pets / loves cats!

What I’m Looking For I’d love to find someone who’s friendly, clean, considerate, and straightforward with communication. I really value honesty and being able to openly discuss things so we can maintain a comfortable living environment. Ideally, I’m looking for someone I can also become friends with! Someone who’s down to chat, hang out, or occasionally grab coffee or do something together, while also respecting each other’s personal space and downtime.
